We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds may be issued for registrations, sponsorships or other services related to the event.
1. Event Registration Cancellations
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ceoconclave.com.
- Cancellations made on or before 7 days will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made on or before 3 days will not be eligible for any refund.
- No-shows on the day of the event will not receive any refund under any circumstances.
2. Sponsorship Cancellations
- Sponsorship cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of confirmation may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%) depending on benefits already delivered.
- No refunds will be issued for sponsor cancellations due to branding commitments and promotional activities already in motion.
3. Substitutions
- If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute from your organization by emailing us at info@ceoconclave.com at least 7 days prior to the event.
- Substitutions are free of charge but subject to approval.
4. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizer
- In the unlikely event that CEO-Conclave is postponed, all registrations and sponsorships will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
- If the event is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants and sponsors will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the situation and services already rendered.
- CEO-Conclave will not be responsible for travel, accommodation or any other third-party expenses.
5. Force Majeure
CEO-Conclave shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government regulations, pandemics or technical failures.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
